Attached are the edits made to the by-laws based on our discussion at the last meeting- I will send a message to Ron & Wayne to review and will have Karen send out the final draft to the distribution list before our next meeting.  If you know that you will not be able to make our next meeting please convey your vote of approval or opposition so we can ensure we can take action.  Thanks!

I think you did it in record time- when I get into a new web-page it usually takes me a bit and leaves me feeling tech ignorant.  If you think it would be useful for us to post instructions to make it easier- let me know.  Thanks again for taking a look at this.  I am very grateful to have you on our Council I really think that 2011 will be a great hear- looking forward to planning the Summit:)

I have deleted the original by-law edits and have replaced with the edits from Ron Eastwood in a new post.  The new version will be voted on at our next meeting - March 9th
