Disaster Preparedness ESD Safety Day Booth Survey

Over the last few days, I've been creating a short survey for our directorates safety day booth (DLI) which is going to be held on 5/22 at Presidio of Monterey. The purpose of the survey is to ask booth visitors whether or not they found the information gathered at the booth on disaster preparedness helpful/useful. The other constructs gauge their level of preparedness and ask them to check items or steps they plan to take.

It's in the infant stages of development. --- I will send to you Monday. You can check it out. Or we can all check it out. I'll post it to the discussion group.

Sounds great- there is a readiness report on the national citizen corps website that has a lot of good questions to measure how ready people are- I will upload the report here- check it out. I think we can customize and build on there approach.
