OES expressed that their resources are stretched very thin and they are concerned about the administration, training and records control required for the program.

My brother in law is getting married the next day and I am watching their daughter while they do last minute preparations. I am so sorry that I can't go any longer. I was really excited since this would apply to the GIS stuff I do on the incident team. I believe BC Hamelin is still planning on attending. I will confirm for you today.
