NEW CERT CLASS SCHEDULED FOR
COMMUNITY LEADERS
January 20 – March 3, 2011
CERT, Community Emergency Response Team, training is a
wide-ranging class teaching emergency preparedness for individuals and families. Topics include advanced preparations in home and at work, assessing structure damage, fire extinguisher use, securing utility meters after an earthquake, first-aid, rescue techniques, and assisting neighbors in an emergency.
Children 12 and older must be accompanied by an adult 21 or older. This is an excellent family experience.
