As of the 25th of January 2011 all CERT Programs have to recertify all there information on the FEMA and Citizen Corps websites. Failure to do so disqualfies you from recieving funding.

David and Rhonda Ramsey and Wayne O'Neil of Central Coast Cert Associations attended the open house at the Aromas Tri-County Fire Protection District fire station in Aromas on Saturday 13 Oct 2012. It was a beautiful day Sunny and 88 degrees. We talked to all the families that attended about disaster preparedness and handed out brochures to aid them in setting up a family disaster kit. Central Coast Cert Association will be at the Seaside Fire Departments Open House this Saturday 6th of Oct 2012 from 10 am to 3pm handing out brochures on personal and home disaster preparedness and to spread the word on Community Emergency Response Team Training CERT to sign up Seaside residence and or business owner.

Central Coast Cert Association is sponsoring NOAA Weather Spotter Training on 13 October 2012 from 9am to 1030am at the CSUMB EOC Bldg 82E on the CSUMB Campus. All RSVPs for training must be in by 2 Oct 2012. Seating is limited. Add this tool to your Cert toolbox. Be more effective. Any Questions Contact Wayne ONeil at 277-1630.
